How and under what circumstances can customers cancel a paid/processing order?
Generally speaking, asmarsalazar.com can usually accept a request to cancel a paid order before the business day when the order enters the “processing” status. Customers can request to cancel an order by phone or email (support ticket) and provide the order number and a clear explanation of this request. Any cancellation of a processing order must be properly justified as this is a standard business practice.

If a customer requests to cancel an order after it has been processed at our warehouse (i.e. the goods have been checked, processed and packed), asmarsalazar.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee which will be deducted from the resulting refund or credit. - If the orders are over $1000.
- If a customer has already cancelled several orders in the same month.
- If the goods have been shipped overseas but are returned for reasons beyond Warwick’s control and as a result Warwick has incurred return shipping costs, import duties and taxes, and further domestic shipping costs, additional costs may be deducted from the refund.

What does the asmarsalazar.com guarantee mean?
As a wholesaler, asmarsalazar.com can only provide problem-solving services for defective products that are either shipped in unsatisfactory conditions or have internal faults that naturally occur during use, without physical damage or unsupported use. In other words, if the product is broken, you can contact us, and then we will contact the supplier for you, and the supplier will handle it and may send it back for repair or refund.

The asmarsalazar.com warranty means that the supplier will repair the defective product for you free of charge and return it to you free of charge. If the product can be repaired in a timely manner, no other compensation is usually provided.
If an item is impossible to repair to a good working condition, or it takes a long time to do so, the supplier will provide you with an equivalent product.
When does the 3-month warranty start?
The warranty period is calculated from the date the original consignee receives the goods. In the case of a reseller, this is when the supplier receives the goods from asmarsalazar.com. It is exactly 3 months from that time. For example, products on the last day of the 3rd month are covered, but products after that day are no longer covered.
In the absence of a confirmed delivery tracking date for the delivery method or destination, we will assume that the warranty period starts 30 days from the date we send the order.
Who pays for what?
Cost of shipping potentially defective merchandise back to asmarsalazar.com: Paid by the customer and cannot be refunded.
Our QC engineers will test the product you ship back and if they confirm that the product is indeed defective, we will provide compensation (repair, replacement, credit or refund). However, asmarsalazar.com is not responsible for products that have been tested and proven to be in good working order and may charge a restocking fee at its discretion. Functional products are not reimbursed.
Cost of shipping repaired items back to customers from asmarsalazar.com: Paid in full by asmarsalazar.com. To facilitate customs clearance, we will usually ship the repaired items back to you using airmail and EMS (if applicable).
If the product cannot be repaired: In some cases, the original product price will be refunded to your Pay account in the form of a credit. You can use the credit to exchange for a brand new or different product.
As per usual policy, any new import duties or sales taxes on returned products sent from asmarsalazar.com are the responsibility of the recipient.

- Products that were initially approved for return through our RMA procedure, but have been confirmed by our QC engineers to be undamaged and have been tested to be in fact functional, shall not be returned to the buyer unless the buyer pays for return shipping;
- Physical damage or breakage of products caused by improper use or improper handling, subject to the results of production technical inspection;
- Return of products that you do not need, have not been sold but are still functional;
- Products purchased by mistake.
